Utility Management System
is ODOT’s utility bills payment managment system for electricity, phones and other
utility bills, with support for more types of bills to be added at will. UMS features
a Windows-inspired look, great search by almost any field on the invoice/bills,
with good user guide and pertinent content. Among its comprehensive billing managing
functions, it allows users to enter bills, import bills from multiple vendors, run
many reports,review updates/history and even copy invoices to make payments for
new invoices.
The system integrates both ways, with ODOT's Financial Management System, where
bills are centrally stored, processed, authorized and checks printed from. The system
brings a level of convenience to the bill processors, as well as the system administrators.
The system has fully managed administration suite, for user and security management.
The online built and available User Guide/Manual is a click a away in most contexts

(R.O.S.E) is Ron Rothert’s insurance quoting, submission and billing managment
system for Personal and Commercial Lines of insurance. Ron Rothert Insurance
Services (RRIS) division manages quotes for multipe Personal and Commercial lines
of products. The system's sleak and efficient user interface, features a role
based security and agency/agents contexts with submission, approval and binding
process in place. The system provides customized content for the agency and customers,
and comprehensive reporting for general and billing purpose, as well as company
executives.
By focusing on streamlining the quote management process, the system maximized the
client’s return on investment, and helped reduce the processing time of quotes by
substantially rewarding margin. The system fully integrates with other RRIS systems
like the Web site, billing data, and an Online Policy Delivery System. The system
has fully managed administration suite, for user content, and security management.

Transportation Operations Center System
is ODOT’s new system for the Transportation Operations center for the State of Oregon and parts
of Southwest Washington State.
The TOCS system is a distributed multi-site system, with multiple modules for Events,
Resource Management, Response Management, Towing, Timers, and much more. The system integrates
with many other support systems on the city and state level.

OnTrack - Online Inventory Management
System The Carlson Group(TCG) was the Oregon fourth fastest growing
company in 2003, according to the Portland Business Journal. So how do you help
a fast growing company to go beyond? This was one of the challenges Z-SoftNet
tackled for The Carlson Group. TCG, a retail marketing services company that
develops and installs custom store environments, fixtures and POP displays,
needed a web application that could automate complex business processes such as
customer account management, billing, reporting, product allocations, while
accommodating their customers with these same processes. Real time integration
with distributors and carriers provides easy shipment
and package tracking. The goal was accomplished after 10 months of customization
and development by our team of engineers. Our team is still engaged to ensure TCG
